Freelance Technical Project Leader (ZZP)

Technical Project Leader:

As Technical Project Leader you are integrally responsible for initiating and leading projects for the MEMS foundry.

You will lead teams varying from 2-10 people and to manage budgets of 100-5000K euro. You are the central point of contact for customers and have strong focus delivering the input on project timings and financials.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Leading process development projects and realizing the agreed technical and non-technical deliverables.

• Contributing to or making relevant technological choices during the different stages of the process development process.

• Securing the progress of a project in all its metrics and deliverables and for controlling risks.Managing the development of processes and process flows in a structured and methodologically sound way.

• Providing direction to engineering colleagues from different areas of expertise.Communicating pro-actively with all stakeholders. Acquiring new projects at both internal and external customers.

• Responsible for End-to-End leading of a project to develop processes for a product, technology, system, solutions, services or IT solution. From the initial start until the introduction in the Market, or internal delivery, by gaining agreements on and achieving project scope and objectives while balancing schedule, cost, quality, requirements and keeping abreast of developments in project management tools and processes as well as technical domain, e.g. agile software development.

• Manages projects ensuring execution is in line with project guidelines and directives.
