In this exciting position with growth opportunity, the candidate will be working as interim HR Manager (m/f/d) for the Health Systems commercial organization.


He will have a tactical and operational HR focus, an advisory role towards the Line Managers and work on strategic topics together with the HR Business Partner. He will act as the linking-pin towards HR Centers of Expertise and HR Shared Service Center. You will help drive transformation efforts combined with excellent operational HR support.


This role is part of the HRM team in Benelux, consisting of 35 HRMs divided over 2 Clusters. Reporting to the HR BP Netherlands Personal Health, Markets, EF & IT and are based in Eindhoven.



Responsibilities:


- work closely with the business and HR Business Partner to understand and address business issues and drive the HR agenda


- provide support and advice to line management and the HR Business Partner by implementing our people strategy and executing transformations within the market


- will be part of the Service & Solutions Delivery management team


-will apply core HR processes e.g. Talent Management; Strategic Workforce Planning; People Performance Management; Reward & Recognition; Health & Wellbeing


- act as advocate for standardization in the execution of HR policies to realize operational excellence


- educate and support line managers in people management activities in cooperation with Centers of Expertise



Requirements:


- Relevant Masters (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Psychology)


- At least 5 years of working experience in HR, preferably within an international Marketing & Sales department or organization


- Broad HR experience in a dynamic, transformative environment


- Autonomous self-starter


- Ability to connect with all layers in the organization


- Business acumen and interest in business practice


- Written and verbal communication skills: Dutch and English


- Winning mentality and persuasion skills


- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism


- Energetic, responsive team player who takes initiatives
