Leading Portfolio Go-to-Market strategy & define commercial guidelines
Create and drive dedicated commercial strategies for the existing and new portfolio (referred to as consolidated portfolio).
Defines go-to-market requirements to play and win in each category, including defining NPI criteria for launch, prepare and handshake launch and GTM plan with regions
Defines global portfolio channelization for consolidated portfikio, via ZBA methodology, by understating key price points, role of each customer, commercial strategy, among others in all key regions, as a part of go-to-market plan. Establish business category commercial guidelines including wider, deeper and visible distribution, setting the right KPI’s.
Leading business category commercialization and value maximization strategy
Ensure the delivery of maximum value of the consolidated portfolio, driving strategic choices and securing the right levels of investments (Sufficient and Efficient A&P allocation) with X-Geo prioritization on budget
Monitor competitive commercial and promotional landscape, establish counterattack plans to continue to drive business category growth.
Drives new business development within business category.
Leading category performance management
Ensures portfolio health (SKU efficiency, C-tail management, R&R) in coordination with BPL
Plan and coordinate key sales moments for the business category including global promo strategy for the business category based on a solid understanding of promo effectiveness to support markets on promo calendar planning
Collaboration with S&OP team: LV/USP review and leads stock allocation in case of shortage
Responsible for defining commercial guidelines, business category commercialization, driving value maximization,including leading category pricing & promo strategy, and portfolio health management, as well as category growth plans.
Product Manager in Business Category (Grooming and Beauty) owns the Category's product strategy; product requirements for product, solution and services development, launch and life-cycle management, or their enhancements, driven by global and local market needs, a deep understanding of customer needs and commercial success criteria.
The person would ideally have both regional (market) and global experience in multinational company, in marketing, managing business and product launches, with 7+ years of experience.
This is a relatively new job within Personal Health and is a global role. Due to the fact that this is a new role we want the candidate to come to the office in Amsterdam 2 days per week
