1. Project Overview


We are seeking a senior Strategic MarCom Consultant to optimize our venture’s marketing communication frameworks. The objective of this assignment is to design and implement a modern, high-efficiency "playbook" for campaign development, with a heavy emphasis on integrating AI-driven workflows and agile creative testing.



As an external subject matter expert, you will provide the strategic blueprint for how we create, test, and scale breakthrough consumer-centric campaigns.



2. Scope of Work & Deliverables


The Contractor is responsible for the independent delivery of the following milestones:


The MarCom Excellence Playbook: A comprehensive framework defining briefing standards, creative review protocols, and modular production models.


AI Marketing Roadmap: Implementation and documentation of AI-enabled tools (e.g., automated asset generation, copy testing, and dynamic content tools) to improve speed-to-market.


Creative Performance Framework: Design of a "test-and-learn" methodology for creative optimization, including influencer/UGC integration.


Agency Ecosystem Audit: A strategic evaluation of existing creative and production partnerships, resulting in a recommendation for a more flexible, cost-efficient vendor model.


Strategic Advisory: Providing high-impact expert guidance on brand storytelling and message architecture for key campaign milestones.



3. Professional Profile


We are looking for an independent professional who brings:


Extensive Seniority: Proven track record (12+ years) in MarCom strategy, creative direction, or integrated brand management.


AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools in a creative/marketing environment.


Strategic Influence: Ability to advise senior stakeholders and coach internal teams on creative craft without direct hierarchical authority.



Entrepreneurial Mindset: You operate as a business-to-business partner, managing your own methods, tools, and time to achieve the agreed-upon results.
