Freelance IT Platform Analyst / Platform Solution Manager (m/f/d)

Environment:

The candidate (m/f/d) will become part of the Philips IT organization that drives the connected, digital IT landscape of the future enabling business growth, providing operational excellence and driving business innovation.In this role, he will become part Strategy2Innovation Program domain as part of the I2M platform.

The Platform Analyst/Platform Solution Manager is a Subject Matter Expert with deep domain, functional skills of the process around Portfolio, Program, Project management (from ideation to (scaled agile) portfolio management to the execution) and technical skills in the Planisware platform including the platforms linked to it, like SAP, AzureDevOps. He/ She is involved in E2E application life cycle management, teaming up with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Portfolio Managers and Project managers. The activities for a Platform Analyst/Solution manager include ideation, feasibility studies, roadmap development, project initiation, estimation, design, user story creation, backlog creation, build, test, validation, deployment, maintenance, operations and decommissioning of the applications including continuous improvement cycles ensuring the right quality and performance levels.

Responsibilities:

- Support intake business requirements and deliver solution design together with BPO, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers, Project Manager, Center of excellence and other key stakeholders

- Work closely with Platform Solution Managers, Domain leads in supporting Solution/Release planning and other Agile Phases.

- Support Product Owner, Solution Architect in Grooming, Solution design including NFRs, Estimation, Validation and help drive feature driven development with scrum teams

- Ensuring high quality backlog boosting the performance of scrum teams

- Own, optimize e2e solution development process and support fellow devops engineers to realize the solution

- Support business in demonstrating the capabilities, training, deployments, onboarding business/markets & change management

- Identify gaps in the adoption of process/tooling and initiate corrective actions to accelerate the transformation to harmonize

- Accountable that the solutions design/ technology meets the functional and non-functional requirements with focus on releasability, reliability, security and performance

- Accountable that solution design meets platform architecture principles & guidelines. Provide feedback on continuous improvement to architecture community.

- Involve in peer review, demo and other scrum ceremonies

- Responsible to validate test strategy and plan, test cases, automation, regression and test execution

- Identify Kaizen opportunities at work and improve process and delivery

- Identify E2E Business Processes together with BPO / BPE that are critical and establish monitoring via OCC

- Support Operations and business with SME Expertise during crisis management for business continuity across global timezones

- Competence Development of New entrants (Employees and Partners)

- Stay current with Market knowledge on Platform Technology Curve.

Requirements:

- Relevant Bachelor or master's degree, or proof of certification

- Domain specific competencies in area of Portfolio/Program/Project management (10 years), with big pre in case innovation domain

- 5+ years of experience in Planisware and related IT technology with full project life-cycle implementation experience including architecture and design principles

- Proficient in Planisware/or related IT technology and ability to decide and weigh between native features vs customization needs.

- Interpersonal skills, strategic vision of business models, specifically in area of Portfolio/Program/Project management.

- Certified in one or more functional domain and related business processes

- Consulting/solution architectural/deployment (training) skills

- Expertise in Lean Agile and DevSecOps practices

- Know how to deal with resistance
