In this exciting position with growth opportunity, the candidate will be working as interim People Program Manager for the Personal Health Integrated Supply Chain organization.


He will be leading a series of transformational workstreams related to the People Strategy in the Drachten Manufacturing environment, working closely with the People Partners on site, reporting to the People Business Partner for the Integrated Supply Chain Business Partner.


Part of the People Business Partner team in the Integrated Supply Chain. The candidate will report to the People Business Partner ISC Personal Health and are based in Drachten.



Responsibilities:


- work closely with the Site Leader, the Management team and the People Business Partner to understand and address business issues and drive the HR transformation agenda.


- help define the program to transform the organization from today’s functional organization towards a Value Stream Organization from a people perspective and will ensure the transformation happens as per plan.


- will gain agreements on and achieve the program goals and objectives through balancing and managing the program scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risks.


- clearly outline the expected project deliverables and project interdependencies


- build partnerships with the program’s stakeholders and leverage them to achieve the goals and you influence their opinions and negotiate effective solutions



Requirements:


- Relevant Masters (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Organizational Psychology)


- At least 5 years of working experience in HR with a proven track record in Project / Program management


- Broad HR experience in a dynamic, transformative environment


- Experience with LEAN (behavior) deployment projects


- Autonomous self-starter


- Ability to connect with all layers in the organization


- Business acumen and interest in business practice


- written and verbal communication skills: Dutch and English


- Winning mentality and persuasion skills


- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism


- Energetic, responsive team player who takes initiatives


- Courage, authenticity and learning agility
