Project Background & Objective


The Client requires specialized, external expertise to formulate distinct product innovation frameworks and conceptual strategies for its international hair care portfolio. The objective of this assignment is to deliver validated, commercially viable product value proposition frameworks that the Client’s internal teams can subsequently execute.


The Contractor operates as an independent specialist, utilizing their own methodologies, tools, and expertise to deliver the predefined results without organizational integration or hierarchical supervision.


Scope of Deliverables & Milestones


The Contractor is independently responsible for producing and executing the following specific deliverables:


  1. Deliverable 1: Market & Consumer Insight Analysis Report


    • Description: Formulate an external analysis translating market trends and raw data into consumer insight frameworks for the hair care market.



  2. Deliverable 2: Value Proposition Strategy Blueprints


    • Description: Develop distinct, end-to-end product concept frameworks. This includes formulating the product architecture logic, targeted consumer segmentation maps, pricing strategy recommendations, and positioning blueprints.



  3. Deliverable 3: Validation & Learning Loop Framework


    • escription: Establish a structured methodology and iteration model for market testing and consumer validation of the newly designed concepts.



  4. Deliverable 4: Strategic Storytelling & Claims Architecture Guide


    • Description: Author a comprehensive guide outlining credible product messaging parameters, functional benefits, and claims parameters to hand over to technical and regulatory departments.

  • Demonstrable track record as an independent consultant or specialist in innovation marketing, strategic product development, or portfolio optimization.
