Role description:

We offer a role within the Human Resource organization. Responsible for the delivery of processes and solutions in scope towards the PPS Centers, CoEs and HR functions, and provides support/guidance in resolution of problems, reviews change requests, implementation of changes, ensures proper performance of used systems and interfaces.

You own the content governance and way of working for global and local HR knowledge bases through implementations and maintenance.

You will support HR CoE's, SME's, different countries across the world, and cross-functional partners.

You will continuously improve the content hosted in our HR systems, provide support/guidance in resolution of problems, review change requests, implement changes, ensure proper performance of used systems and interfaces.


Your responsibilities:

  • The approach, implementation, and maintenance for HR content management in our HR solutions

  • Own the content governance and way of working for global and local knowledge bases

  • The HR knowledge expert in our HR platforms, during tool upgrades, technical changes, and ad-hoc challenges

  • Manage the relationship with third parties (translation agency, designers, copy writers)

  • Content quality maintenance in all HR domains, support HR CoE's, SME's, different countries across the world and cross functional partners

  • Continuous improvement of the content hosted in our HR systems by using metrics to identify areas of opportunities, steer for improvement actions with our countries, CoE's and SME's.



To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Master's degree in HR or business administration related studies

  • 3-7 years of experience in an international environment

  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills. Your stakeholder varies from executive / senior leaders to operational staff with diverse backgrounds and experiences

  • Experience dealing with high pressure situations

  • Ability to work consultatively with tact and diplomacy and be persuasive in demanding situations

  • You are a self-starter and know how to manage your surroundings and yourself

  • Analytical thinker- previous experience working with dashboards and reports, being able to interpret data into actionable recommendations.

  • Critical approach to new requests on content and technical requirements.

  • Have experience in an HR role (understanding of HR policies, procedures, HR tools)

  • Team player but also very capable to work independently
