You will contribute to the category integrated marketing communications end to end journey encompassing the marketing roadmap, brand positioning, global master content assets and campaigns, and content strategy and optimizations to contribute to sales growth, sustainable market share and brand strength increase. You will work towards accelerating creative effectiveness & marketing communication excellence across the brand / category.



You are responsible for


Supports in delivering integrated marketing communication projects, in line with the Marketing/Communication Roadmap (18/24 months) and brand positioning, to unlock the end-to-end consumer experience according to Marketing Center of Excellence standards with breakthrough impact and consistency (KPIs: Brand Strength and MOR; Green score on DVJ pre-tests)


working within the business to bring integrated campaigns to life; planning, support message development, master asset/content execution as part of the integrated marketing toolbox against consumer, professional, shopper needs, fit for platform and according to market and transcreation requirements (paid, owned, earned) to be activated locally


workflow management of all marcomms projects of the category against the Marcomms roadmap


accurate, coherent, and consumer facing content on owned and omnichannel touchpoints in collaboration with business, amazon, and flagship teams delivered OTIF


delivers shopper communication assets that fit the Sales CoE standards and market channel context


execute with consistent and distinctive Brand Personality and Tone of Voice at category comms level


works with agency partners according to annual agencies´ Scope of Work

You will be part of a team of passionate marketeers who strive to develop breakthrough communications, and work amongst high-performing professionals, obsessed by raising the norms for our consumers and partners.



To succeed in this role, you´ll need a customer-first attitude and the following


Brand Marketer (1-3 years) with strong business and consumer understanding


Experience in developing international campaigns including TV, social media, and digital (website, Amazon,, CRM, apps, and beyond)


Experience with managing (creative) agencies is preferred.
