-Creates value by driving consumer centricity in global beauty insights projects pertaining to haircare and hair removal. These projects will be carried out with principles of the existing people-centric testing framework.
-Drives continuous learning and consumer insight generation for superior proposition development including portfolio build up and optimization.

Key Areas of Responsibilities KAR
Whilst working on the beauty insights projects, key to drive a consumer obsessed learning organisation driving for superior propositions in Services and Solutions:
•   To inspire and support the business in translating insights of projects carried out into the delivery of winning propositions for BU (from concept to full proposition including design, pricing, packaging & claim) both related to product as well as services & solutions, leveraging past consumer learnings, existing digital consumer data sources (internal as well as external) as well primary research where applicable (qual & quant), and ensuring strong collaboration with lead markets.
•   To represent the voice of the consumer and supports decision making with consumer data and insights at VPC / PDLM hard gates
•   To creates high-quality (real time) consumer insights anticipating BU & lead Market needs (a.o. digital sources)
•   To implement of state of the art research & insight tools and, and align way of working and application of tools as deployed by CoE Consumer Insights team to drive for high quality output, efficiencies, optimization and learnings across PH.
•   To stimulate follow up through in market & business decision-making through the use of multiple internal communication tools/channels (i.e., presentations, trainings and workshops) and leadership platforms.
•   Strong collaboration with category team as well as marketing team in lead markets and PH Consumer Insight CoE


Jobs to be done:
•   To ensure implementation of consumer centricity in Marketing Strategy & Proposition Development through consumer or professional insight generation for superior proposition development
•   To implement SOB, consumer segmentation and fore-sighting on Category level
•   To drive insights to ensure winning portfolio/ range build up in line with consumer need growth spaces
•   To execute research to continuous learning in VPC, AD and PDLM to deliver upon the action standard of a superior proposition
•   To drive insights to along the consumer experience journey (CDJ) for GTM optimization
•   To connect the dots leveraging different data sources on strategic consumer & proposition insights topics & trends and the role of the brand

STAKEHOLDERS INTERACTION
•   Insights community including Consumer & Proposition Insights Leader BU; Business, Markets, PH Marketing COE, Brand

FIT CRITERIA (Ideal Experience and Critical Competencies)
•   5-10 years of relevant consumer / market research experience in quantitative and / or qualitative research. Proven skills in unearthing insights to drive strategy, identify market growth opportunities, trends, innovation & proposition development including new business models and services.
•   Very comfortable in working with senior marketeers, senior business stakeholders and market representatives, speaks their language.
•   Demonstrates clear business acumen, entrepreneurial spirit and fact-based decision making.
•   Strong collaboration and facilitation skills (e.g facilitating workshops)
•   Story Teller: Agile with large amounts of data (qualitative, quantitative, behavioral, secondary, etc.)--determining what’s important and distilling it into actionable insights. Able to synthesize across multiple sources into a clear and concise inspiring story
