You will have the opportunity to


Join our Global Services Enablement organization to help guide and influence the services community, across our businesses and regions, in line with our strategy, agreed deliverables, and ways of working. This includes ensuring aligned ways of working and collaboration, which will help us to deliver synergies across Philips. Provide clear messaging towards our stakeholders, including end-users, leading to stronger and sustained adoption of strategic and tactical change initiatives.



Key areas of responsibilities:


· Accelerate the change curve for the following programs


o Customer Service Intellectual Property (CSIP)


o Customer Operations & Services Job Catalog


o AI Line Model that owns the AI framework for Services (i.e. AI Voicebot)


· Apply structured methodologies and lead change management activities to meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption.


· Develop close working relationships with internal stakeholders to maximize collaboration, communication, efficiency, effectiveness, and consistency.


· Guide stakeholders through transition by creation and execution of an effective change management plan.


· Collaborate to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.


· Create comprehensive communications (e.g. e-mail, Viva Engage, SharePoint, intranet)


· Track and report issues related to change management for resolution.


· Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications


· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field.


· Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (change management, OD, business strategy, program/project management, HR, communication), or no experience required with a Master’s.



Minimum required Education:


Bachelor's/ Master's Degree in Human Resources, People Management, Business Administration or equivalent.



To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:


· Change Management (frameworks), Communication, Stakeholder Partnership, Emotional Intelligence, Network Performance, Judgement, Learning Agility, Business Acumen, Risk Management, Project Management Tools, Project Management, Organizational Development (OD)


· Excellent command of English (both verbally and written)


· Experience with large-scale transformation in matrixed organizations and agile change management practices.


· Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across levels. Strong networking skills and the ability to inspire with confidence


· Can do mentality with good problem-solving skills


· Experience working on large-scale transformation programs in highly matrixed international organizations.
