Wil jij jouw ervaring als echocardiografist inzetten om de cardiologische zorg te verbeteren, zonder direct uit het ziekenhuis te stappen? In deze parttime rol word je hét aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers van IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV). Je helpt teams hun klinische workflow te optimaliseren, traint gebruikers bij nieuwe installaties en upgrades en brengt praktijkfeedback terug naar onze ontwikkelteams zodat ISCV elke dag beter wordt.
Jouw impact / Wat ga je doen
• Eerste aanspreekpunt voor ISCV-gebruikers: je denkt actief mee over oplossingen die hun workflow verbeteren (echolaboratorium, verslaglegging, koppelingen).
• Ontwikkelen en geven van klanttrainingen bij nieuwe installaties en upgrades, afgestemd op de klinische praktijk.
• Focus borgen op klinische workflow, applicatie-educatie, IT-support en applicatiesupport—samen met onze Healthcare IT-serviceorganisatie.
• Regelmatige klantbezoeken om directe feedback op te halen over gebruik, training en tevredenheid.
• Feedback structureren en terugkoppelen naar de Business Innovation Unit CI, inclusief verbetervoorstellen vanuit de dagelijkse praktijk.

Jouw profiel
• Gediplomeerde echocardiografist (vereist), met aantoonbare hands-on ervaring in een ziekenhuisomgeving.
• Praktische kennis van ISCV (IntelliSpace Cardiovascular); gebruik, workflow en basisconfiguraties; je spreekt de taal van het echolab.
• Je begrijpt de klinische processen en weet die te vertalen naar heldere training en werkbare oplossingen.
• Affiniteit met IT: je bent de brug tussen kliniek en techniek (denk aan koppelingen, datastromen, DICOM/HL7 is een plus).
• Didactisch sterk, proactief en servicegericht; je krijgt energie van samenwerken met gebruikers.
• Vloeiend Nederlands; Engels is een plus.

Your challenge
Would you like to leverage your experience as an echocardiographer to improve cardiac care, without leaving the hospital environment entirely? In this part-time role, you will be the go-to person for users of IntelliSpace Cardiovascular (ISCV). You will help teams optimize their clinical workflow, provide training for new installations and upgrades, and bring practical feedback back to our development teams so ISCV gets better every day.
Your impact / What you will do
• First point of contact for ISCV users: actively think along to improve workflows (echo lab, reporting, integrations).
• Develop and deliver customer training for new installations and upgrades, tailored to clinical practice.
• Ensure focus on clinical workflow, application education, IT support, and application support—together with our Healthcare IT service organization.
• Regular customer visits to gather direct feedback on usage, training quality, and satisfaction.
• Structure and relay feedback from customers/markets to the Business Innovation Unit CI, including improvement proposals from daily practice.
Please note: this is not a full-package application specialist role. With approx. 12 hours/week, you will focus on the core tasks that have the greatest impact. No sales targets or commercial objectives.
Your profile
• Certified echocardiographer (required) with hands-on experience in a hospital setting.
• Practical knowledge of ISCV (IntelliSpace Cardiovascular); usage, workflow, and basic configurations; you speak the language of the echo lab.
• Understand clinical processes and translate them into clear training and workable solutions.
• Affinity with IT: you act as the bridge between clinical and technical conversations (knowledge of integrations, data flows, DICOM/HL7 is a plus).
• Strong communication and teaching skills, proactive and service-oriented; you thrive on collaboration with users.
• Fluent in Dutch; English is a plus.
