Finance BPE - C&C (Freelance)

Philips DA will move to a complete new IT landscape with S4Hana. This project is called Exuviate and basic functionality is planned to go live in March 2023. The process design is managed by the existing C&C BPE?s. For specifically the collections area we have an opportunity for somebody who is experienced in driving collections performance globally. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, excellent operational management experience and Lean principals are well known.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing collections KPI's where most important one is overdue %
• Streamline existing operational performance sequence. Includes standardized meeting sequence and reporting globally
• Enhance the collection capabilities with our market teams and outsourcing provider to the next level
• Built strong relations with your stakeholders. Including supply chain, pricing and finance
   

HBO/academisch denkniveau. At least 10 years of experience on collections management with multinational company. Strong analytical skills.

You will be part of the global C&C team which consists of 7 people. Within Philips DA, C&C is responsible for Rebates (Finance piece only), Cash application, Collection & Dispute management and Credit Risk.
