Work directly with Philips customers and Philips international market resources to convert existing Dose Wise Portal (DWP) installations and perform successful solution migrations to Bayer Radimetrics, leveraging Philips and Bayer Radimetrics dose management technologies and partnership. In this role you are the subject matter expert (SME) on dose management between Philips customers, Bayer and you are part of the business category DMIS, Data Management and Interoperability Solutions. DMIS is part EDI, Enterprise Diagnostic informatics.

You are responsible for
Customer facing activities and as a subject matter expert (SME) on dose management you are part of an international transition team managing swift migrations from Philips Dosewise to bayer Radimetrics. The technical and clinical support during the dose management transition and the customer advocate during the installation and go-live of Radimetrics in close collaboration with the Bayer team. Customer specific needs and launch plans to set all customer goals and expectations. Providing ongoing dose management data support along the solutions migration of the Dosewise. Mentor and foster short and mid-term relationships at multiple levels of the customer organization. Provide best practice dose management recommendations, assist customers in solving point-in-time challenges and partner with the customer to increase the effective use of our dose management solutions. Coordinate with Bayer all necessary dose management application training to the customer to support end-users needs and secure the customer experience. Create and maintain credibility as a C-level advisor/coach especially around change management (people, process & technology). Understand the customers environment and leverage this information to ensure overall customer success with our partnering dose management solutions. Drives continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on customer feedback. Requires regular travel in the field with international customers (as much as 25% travel, including internationally), primarily to United Kingdom, Germany and North America. You are a part ofA high-performance team of DMIS and industry experts driving next level analytics solutions and services for our customers. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience. 

  • Experience with healthcare industry specific information technologies dose management, including HL-7, DICOM. 
  • Working knowledge for dose management & monitoring or background in dosimetry is a must have. 
  • A background as Dosimetrist (BSc. ) or medical physicist (MSc. ) with hands-on attitude. 
  • Familiarity with the role, advantages, and limitations of dose management, medical imaging and hospital IT-systems. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Solid project management skills, combined with working knowledge in dosimetry for interaction with Physicist and customer (hospital) administration specific to dose management and quality assurance. 
  • Ability to interpret dose management data, understanding of Radiology Dose measures, including data and information visualization techniques and presentation skills for summarizing complex data management information. 
  • Ability to draft and interpret/review dose management cases, through either work or practical experience. 
     
  • Experience working independently to determine methods and procedures on new and custom solutions. 
  • A proven coach for others to successfully complete projects.
  • Understands key continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma is a pre): when, why, and how to deploy and can effectively communicate with both stakeholders and continuous improvement expert. 
  • Can execute structured root cause analysis, critical thinking, and problem-solving methodologies (supported by tools and procedures), and explain the process and results to stakeholders. Project management experience, especially with Agile (in SW development or other domains), schedule management (including standard tools, such as MS Project), requirements management, and budgeting is required. 
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with sensitivity to complex organizational structures, varying cultures, and potentially conflicting goals. 
  • Someone that recognizes key performance indicators and their relevance to a healthcare provider (esp. radiology or imaging), understand how these can be measured (link to systems) and limitations in those measurements, and the (people, process, system) factors that impact those KPIs. 
  • Fluency with typical roles and interactions within a radiology department and/or hospital; understand roles as linked to KPIs. 
    Experience providing world-class service delivery in always-on, high availability system delivery environments. 
  • Attention to detail and a strong eye for quality. 
  • Experience in functioning as part of a high-performance international team.

 

Position for 6 months. Depending on the need of the project, we will align on a short extension.
Location site Zeist. Remote is possible, nice to be able to go into the office few days, when needed.
