Electronic Project Lead
In this role, you have the opportunity to:
Being part of a product development project team and making sure that the electronics for the project are made according to the agreements.
Your challenge is to direct and manage electronic projects from beginning to end, define project scope, goals, budget, planning, resources, project deliverables and the required status that support the development process in collaboration with all stakeholders.
You are responsible for:
Take responsibility for an efficient and best in class execution of the electronic project plan.
Knowledge of electronic designs and embedded software.
Direct and manage the electronic project from start to finish, define project scope and deliverables.
Direct and manage the electronic team members. Identify their educational needs in relation to the project and discuss options to fulfill these needs with the applicable stakeholders.
Develop full-scale effort driven project estimation electronic customized project plan including the software and the hardware project plan.
Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Instruct and Guard that the deliverables are matured and have traceability.
Determine the progress of the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Coordinate and agree with Quality and other disciplines an appropriate execution of the overall electronic test plan.

The electronics team within the Grooming & Beauty business.
The team is divided over 2 locations, Drachten & Eindhoven.
Your location will be Drachten and you will be the interface between the project core team and the Electronics team supporting all the required electronic development activities for Grooming & Shaving products.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience.
HBO electronics education/background.
3-5 years’ experience in the electronic domain, preferable in electronics for consumer products.
Thorough understanding of modern electronic engineering tools, methods, and processes.
You like working in multidisciplinary teams and are capable to communicate very well with different (international) people and Asian/European suppliers.
You have a pro-active attitude and high-quality mindset towards your assignment.
Fluent English (written and verbal), preferably also Dutch basic knowledge.er workings of a design.
