Your challenge
Join the Asset Management Team of the Business Group Personal Care. Work together with your colleagues in the headquarters and with the countries in formatting assets (photography, videos, icons, product renderings) across different touch points (Online, Digital Campaign, Shopper marketing, E-tailer, Social, CRM). You will also be responsible for creating internal communication materials.
Your responsibilities
As a DTP Graphic Specialist you are responsible for formatting touchpoint specific assets to stakeholders in time with quality. Specifically your responsibilities will be:
• Formatting masters assets into final deliverables by following guidance from brand & design and in line with touchpoint requirements
• Ensure the assets formatted have a consistent look and feel throughout all touchpoints
• Upload final assets to remote asset library with correct file name and keywords
• Create internal communication materials
• Convert files for online or printing
Skills and experience requirements:
• HBO degree or above
• Up to 2 years’ work experience in internet communication, UX design, or graphic design
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills, specifically PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Be creative, with an eye for good design
• Excellent attention to detail with consistent high standards of output
• Be able to prioritize a varied workload
• Work well under pressure and to strict deadlines
• Possess a critical eye in terms of accuracy
• Be able to work independently and proactively reach out to stakeholders to accomplish the assignment
• Fluent speaking and writing in English
• Experience with UX is an advantage
• Front-end development knowledge and experience (e.g. CSS, HTML, JavaScript) is an advantage
