Location: Eindhoven/India/EU (Remote support is possible)

Duration: 12 months 

Hours/week: 40

Budget range: €2.800 - 3.900 per month

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Maintaining a compliant Quality Management System is a requirement in the regulated medical industry.

You will be responsible for:

Services and Solutions Delivery - Quality Management Supports the organisation in setting up and maintaining a compliant QMS. The defined areas are:

1. Establish a sustainable MS and QMS framework, following the PQMS Strategy.

2. Document control

3. Training management

4. Record control

5. Support in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Maintain and monitor the defined QMS as applicable to ensure continuous improvement

  • Execute all QMS operational processes to support the SSD organisation (CAPA, audit, change request, Quality plan, document control, training management)

  • Support project for transition of QMS to new platform Dimensions related to Know-How, Complexity, and Accountability:

  • Understand the PQMS strategy and the Philips Excellence process Framework [PEPF].

  • Demonstrate knowledge in the use of the selected IT application for operational QMS compliance.

  • Operating at the expected levels for the 5 Philips behaviour


Thinking environment & -challenge:

  • Normally receives instruction on dayto-day work, general instructions on new assignments and interacts frequently with Peer Group and supervisor

  • Participates in the Daily Management Team

  • Document control

  • Training assignment

  • Project support


To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Minimum Education & Training Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, ideally in a related field

Experience & Background:

  • Typically requires 2 to 4 years of related regulatory and quality experience in a highly regulated environment

  • Delivering quality output with high quality

  • Precise and accurate

  • Customer oriented (internal business partner)

  • Fluently speaking and writing in English

  • Team player
