Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive the future success of the business, and set new benchmarks and best practices for Philips Healthcare? This role will be critical to how we build new business, expand customer relationships and maximize sales productivity.


As part of the Customer Engagement and Care Tribe in the Digital Marketing and Ecommerce team you will support the Global implementation and broaden the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator) in the Healthcare domain.


From B2B E-commerce to the global expansion of how we use digital tools and build capabilities for markets, the team's aim is to optimize sell-in processes, to increase speed to market and improve efficiencies across the organization.


You will report into the Digital Selling and Engagement Manager.


This position is an integral part of how we build peer to peer relationship with our global customers.


Your efforts will directly impact the long-term success of the global business.


Key areas of expertise

Support the team with deployment of LinkedIn Sales Navigator which we are scaling in global markets;


Run training sessions on leveraging LinkedIn.com and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;


Create best practice materials, including presentations, articles and videos to support sales teams;


Act as a point of contact providing support to deployed markets after ramp up phase;


Ensure a seamless digital selling experience for the users of the digital selling tools;


Increase further adoption and use of digital selling tools across the organization and be an advocate for digital selling and its benefits;


Collaborate with stakeholders such as sales, tech and marketing to continuously optimize the digital selling processes;


Data: Manage the performance metrics for Digital Selling


Knowledge & critical experience

Strong communication skills: strong ability to communicate with people across all different levels, nationalities and cultures within and outside the organization. Be able to present to management teams.

Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator


Knowledge of CRM platforms


Strong ability to create clear and comprehensive training materials and run interactive and engaging training sessions


Experience with managing/driving tools & platforms design & deployments, as well as, integrations.


Previous experience with working directly with Sales Org either in a marketing, sales enablement and/or sales programs role.
