Digital Project Manager Navigation Project
Function: MA This role will be responsible for the day-to -day project management of the IGT website redesign, monitoring multiple project workflows and activities to deliver a complete CMS integration project.

Are you an experienced technical project manager with a proven and successful track record in applying Agile/ waterfall project management methods?
Day-to-day project management of a website redesign project, monitoring multiple project workflows and activities to deliver a complete CMS integration go-to manager for implementation of design and development activities, collaborating with project team members and internal stakeholders, as well as liaising with the internal development team and external suppliers. Responsible for managing shared project project on track, reporting on progress and ensuring that all development meets requirements and objectives. As well as a track record in delivering digital products and services, you will need to demonstrate an in depth understanding of the web - including an excellent understanding of web technologies and applications, usability and accessibility and of the requirements for successful CMS integration projects. Context switching and changing priorities is common; being able to set up and manage an effective schedule needs to be blended with the ability to be flexible to shifting team needs. Solutions-focused with excellent communication skills, your experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders must show your ability to adapt your approach to colleagues at all levels of the organization and work with people with varying levels of technical ability. Relevant experience within Philips is valuable Frequently interacts with functional peer group managers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, or customers and the company. Leads a cooperative effort among members of a project team Coordinate asset hand-offs between internal team, clients, contractors, and agencies. Review deliverables and ensure quality. Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Drive entire project life cycle, from project definition through specification, coding, QA, and launch
University degree (Bachelor)
3-5 years of experience with the proven track of record in in-house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team
Ability to drive complex change by persuading stakeholders (ideally through matrix organizations) and End-to-end digital experience with a feel for IT & Marketing.

Working knowledge of enterprise CMS platforms is advantageous
