Job Title

In this role, you have the opportunity to provide a sustainable contribution to the accessibility and credibility of HR by writing credible, engaging and to-the-point articles which will be available to over 70.000 employees. : In July 2018 we will launch a new HR portal for Philips globally. The content for the news articles which will be published on this portal have to be created. The expectation is that we will create 75 articles, each approx. 250 words.
You are responsible for (= Key roles & responsibilities)
• Write and edit knowledge articles on a variety of HR (Human Resources) topics, including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management and International Mobility.
• Work closely with respective content holders of these topics in HR Philips to ensure a credible, engaging and to-the-point articles
• Ensure a consistent tone of voice that reflects the Philips culture in all articles
You are a part of (= Team structure & place in the organization)
• The global Activation & Deployment team which is working on the launch of a new HR platform on which all HR related information will be hosted.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience (= Requirements)
• They do not necessarily need experience with writing HR content. What is required is that they are familiar with writing web content which is engaging and easy to understand. Experience could be gained in companies ranging from Coolblue to NS. Examples of topics on which they will have to write for are talent development, performance management, compensation & benefits and recruitment
