Automate complaint trending in PD

This person will be involved in implementations

-   There is a lot of variability:

-   Data management, extraction, analysis, visualization, presentation

They’ll be doing programming: R proficiency, SQL, Python good to have

Longer term will be to move beyond complaint trending and look at PD level projects like study design and sample size estimation

Over the next year, focus on complaint trending

Areas to connect the dots with R&D, regulatory, safety, quality, etc.

This would be a data engineer and data science is a plus.

There are few people who understand how the bridge is being built- building the answers and understanding what the solution should be and what needs to be taken

They won’t be doing basic charts, really the problem-solving

-   Think in terms of puzzles and how to build them

-   Learn backwards

Is the software doing the analysis correctly?

Is Excel doing this correctly vs what is the answer?

How much can you trust the outcome that you have?
