The Benelux Consumer Marketing team is looking for a temporary new colleague for the months of March and April.

In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing this strong brand & market position, through engaging, differentiating and cut-through communication, wide distribution and our great innovations.

As INTERIM Marketing Manager Male Grooming, you are responsible for and/or working on;
The local product portfolio within Benelux including choice of distribution based on Global & European guidelines Managing revenue & margin targets and market share position of your category in the Benelux market;
Localizing the European Male Grooming marketing plan into a winning Benelux plan.
Defining the source of business you will focus on and develop an effective marketing strategy, focused on short term, as well as long term activities & impact (focus on category growth and market share gain)
Localizing assets and content, which is developed by the Global/European team;
Working as part of the full commercial triangle including media/pr, shopper marketing and sales colleagues to ensure through the line, winning, activity planning Responsible for the local consumer market, competition & shopper analysis to gain insights to help you determine your market activation strategy for your assigned portfolio, based on the consumer decision journey;
Operational day to day management in order to reach set KPI's Your base will be in Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
We think it is important that our teams meet face-2-face at least 3 days per week, but we also recognize the importance of managing your own agenda.
Therefore, you will also have the opportunity to work from home or from our Amsterdam office.
You will be expected in our Eindhoven office on Monday & Thursday. You will report directly into the Benelux Marketing Director.
