Community Manager
To manage the BPE and SME communities for the I2M processes VPC and PDLM

Use your experience in marketing and innovation and your organizational skills to support the relevant networks and organize the engagement activities to sustain and build the capabilities of Value Proposition Creation and Product Development Launch and Maintenance
Your Responsibilities
* Engaging with and creating a community of champions in the businesses (innovation and marketing) and markets (product managers and to initiate improvements
* Organizing, together with the Business Proces Expert, regular meetings (f2f and virtual):
- to co-create and decide on changes in content and processes with assigned business and process experts
- to build capability, deploy in business, monitor progress, feedback, sharing with champions and users in the businesses and markets
* Maintaining and distributing resources (such as trainings, guidance documents, tools and templates) on sharepoints and IT tools
* Organizing trainings (virtual and classroom) based on a fixed schedule or business needs:
- Maintain training schedule
- Handle requests for trainings
- Administration together with Philips University and HR/PPSÂ
* Reporting and communicating on the VPC and Product Development Launch and Maintenance performance of businesses and markets
