Change Manager

As part of the change & comms team within the solutions transformation program, Change Manager to drive the change mgt approach, steps and materials for Business Model Innovation workstream, as well as collaborating on program wide change deliverables such as the quick scans.

Execute the change deliverables for BMI workstream:
Co-create, maintain and drive the change management plan for BMI
Collaborate with Comms Mgr to maintain the BMI stakeholder heat map and identify interventions needed
Drive the change materials as part of the transition toolkit to equip markets and business on BMI information and materials
Support in identifying/activating the solutions activation network together with the transition team
Support in driving the set-up of behavioral interventions / team dialogues to bring people along on the solutions journey

Develop Change Management Capabilities:
Support the BMI team (and wider program) to understand and work with our change methodology incl measurements
Provide support/coaching on change management for BMI
Participate in change management community of practice
