Business Transformation Project Office Lead (Freelance)

In this role, you have the opportunity to

You are responsible for: 

• Leading, supporting and/or facilitating DA's strategic initiatives as a project manager or a facilitator that supports the business owners to achieve their long term goals
• Creating more efficiency in our organization by implementing lean and agile ways of working
   

You are part of:
The new Domestic Appliances Business Transformation team led by Patrick Denissen. This team will be responsible for maintaining and improving a Business System that, together with LEAN principles and tools, supports a learning organization that is relentlessly solving problems from short to long term to increase our performance and create value for our customers and consumers. To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
-   Minimum of 5 Years experience in project management (mandatory)
-   Lean or agile experience (mandatory)
-   Experience in leading a team (mandatory)
-   Fluency in written/spoken English
-   Result oriented team player
