Job Summary
Purpose of the Business Process Management Center of Excellence (BPM CoE): Transform Philips to a customer-centric process-oriented organization through developing the process management capability for Philips.
The BPM CoE designs, develops and manages relevant and compliant Philips Excellence Process Framework, with the aim implement standardized ways of working based on the PEPF in standardized MS-QMS underpinned with a single IT system (ARIS), based on PBS 3.0
Key Areas of Expertise
Responsible that business requirements are translated in good process models and designed in the Philips BPM tool (ARIS)
Responsible to ensure that the Process models and levels are accurate and meets the relevant standards / conventions
Provides expertise in process design and analysis to the following domains:
-Risk & Compliance
-Continuous improvement
-Process management
-Performance management
Knowledge & Experience
Must be experienced translating business requirements in clear process design.
Must be familiar with, BPMN notation and process modelling tools such as ARIS
Knowledge of Q&R related processes such as complaint handling, CAPA and PMS
Education: Master degree in economics, management or similar
