Business Process Expert - Repair (Freelance)

For the global Consumer Engagement & Operations team we're looking for a Business Process Expert - Repair to support the Returns Repairs & Refurbishment (RR&R) team to drive the critical Exuviate business deployment activities (inclusive of the preparations) towards markets and 65+ 3rd party service providers. You will manage the workload of Exuviate transformation in Consumer Care domain, while ensuring business continuity. You will develop, implement and drive continuous improvements of the standardized business capabilities for your expertise area. You will prrocess custodian and ensures adoption of proven practices. You will capture learnings and actively share success within your network. 
 

You will act as Business Process Expert for RR&R and will be responsible for:

• Deployment: Harmonization & Localization (e.g. local partners) of process & tooling; 
• Testing: Define & support user acceptance testing (write test-scripts, organize & execute testing, creation of test-data, sign-off)
• Training: Development and delivery of user training. Train-the-Trainer approach;
• Oversees market localization & translation, and coordinates execution. 
• Data management: Quality and Completeness; Liaison with IT for migration

Your Skillset:

• You have 5y+ experience in RR&R with the ability to understand the E2E Care process. 
• You have a solid trackrecord in business transformation including all elements around people, process, data and tooling. 
• Strong communications skills required. Ability to interact with 3rd party service providers.
• Experience with user training & testing.
