Insights & Analytics enables real-time performance measurement through relevant actionable insights by means of the development and delivery of (standard) reporting capabilities as well as enterprise (advanced) analytics.

Scope Of Responsibilities Of This Role
Execute and lead insights and advanced analytics projects in the Order2Cash domain Design, drive and implement solutions that provide insights and bring tangible business value in an autonomous manner Engage with senior business stakeholders, to understand their business challenges and translate them into analytics prepositions and solutions Ensure on time delivery and high quality of reports/analysis
Guiding and inspiring a high performing team

Key Competencies
Business acumen (industry, sector and process knowledge) and strong communication / articulation skills
Understands and supports advanced insights and analytics solutions for 1 or 2 business domain(s), preferably in the Order2Cash Sales order process
Manages business champions and interactions with senior business sponsors
Creating and managing new business opportunities (Business Development) and actively identifies and influencing of potential stakeholders
Advises business leaders in the domain where analytics can contribute; both in their as well as across multiple business domains.
Ability to drive change management in business to drive adoption of analytical solutions.
Expertise in translating business requirements into insights and vice versa
Ability to articulate storytelling using data, Excel and PowerPoint
Thorough understanding on how to design and manage delivery of advanced solutions
Thorough understanding of analytics techniques/methods and Business intelligence tools, preferably QlikView/QlikSense
Working knowledge on the BW is preferred.

Requirements:
Proven experience in project management, preferably with agile methods like SCRUM
Experience in leading and working with global virtual teams
Year of industry experience: 5 - 10 Years , relevant in the analytics domain: 3-5 years
