BPE Value Proposition Creation
In this role you have the opportunity to support businesses in making the transition to a world class marketing innovation process.
You are responsible for:
Engaging with pre-assigned businesses to build the capability of Value Proposition Creation(VPC) in selected clusters and businesses, by implementing predefined processes, tools and ways of working.
(Co) facilitating trainings and workshops and coach project teams to build the capability to the agreed level.
Building and maintaining a network of business experts and building the VPC capability in the cluster and businesses
Implementation and realization according to the project plan and the Standard Implementation Methodology (SIM).
Reporting on the progress of the adoption with an agreed frequency on quality, status, time, and risks to senior management and to the program team.
Preparation of the gate review meetings and works with the team to ensure all information is available to pass the planned project gates.

You will be part of the Business Process Organization I2M - an ambitious team consisting of End-2-End Business Process Experts (E2E), and Business Product Owners (E2E).
To succeed in the role, you should have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in project managing a remote network of professionals
* Experience in Product Marketing or Communication roles, preferably both in businesses and markets
* Great team player
* Structured, organized and stress-resilient personality and being able to quickly understand the issues, bringing together the necessary resources to resolve them
* Strong communicator being able to work with all levels of the organization
* Fluency in English, both written and verbal
