The Philips HR Global Learning Solutions (GLS) team is supporting MyLearning and has documented all procedures and work instructions related to this Learning Management System (LMS). All these documents need to be migrated from SharePoint into the Philips Excellence Process Framework in Aris, to ensure GLS documents are in a controlled environment as required from FDA / compliancy perspective.

Your main deliverable is to migrate all our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) into Aris. In Aris, focus will be on designing at level 5 (steps view) and updates on L4 or 3 might be required too. In this role, you will be you need to align with various stakeholders and interact with multiple teams.


Responsible for: Implementing all GLS Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions into

Aris in level 5 (step view), including:

- Finalizing analysis to identify required updates in Aris, working together with GLS Process Specialist

- Aligning and agreeing with impacted Business Process Experts (BPE) the required Aris updates, in case the impact is not only in GLS dedicated swim-lane and when L3 or 4 are impacted (for Manage learning and Manage employee information and payroll ), Together with GLS process specialist,

- Designing or Updating Level 5 (Step view) in Aris based on published documentation and updating Level 3 or 4 as required

- Confirming draft design with GLS process specialist, impacted GLS process SMEs (for major update) and concerned BPEs

- Establish project planning based on conducted analysis (working with GLS Process Specialist) and validate it with project owner

- Driving project progress to ensure successful & timely completion (including align as required, followup, raise and address issues with GLS process specialist or project owner)

- Join bi-weekly PU process design meeting when required

- Defining proposal for governance around maintenance for WIs in Aris

- Defining and executing training for GLS team and sharing best practices

The Team

This role is in the HR Global Learning Solutions team that is part of the Human Resources Integrated People Services organization of Philips (IPS). IPS is responsible for the delivery of high quality, timely, cost effective, common and standardized people services to the business. A team of about 40 HR professionals is delivering HR Global Learning Services & Solutions to Philips employees, managers and the Philips University. Some of our HR Learning Services colleagues are employed in one of the regional shared service centers across the world. You will work from the Eindhoven office directly with a team of 20 professionals in Eindhoven (Netherlands) and Pune (India). You will closely work with the GLS Process Specialist and report to the Manager Learning Projects, Change and Releases.

Knowledge and skills:

- Advanced Knowledge of Aris and experience as Aris designer, ideally up to Level 5 (Step view)

- Knowledge of learning processes and learning environment is definitely a plus

- In general, an affinity with tools and techniques and a curiosity to self-explore Aris

- Process minded / process wow knowledge and experience

- Bachelor or Master degree

- Excellent practice / command of English

- Pro-active, Take ownership and team player

- Structured, accurate and organized

- Flexibility to adapt easily to changes

- Project management skills are a plus
