Description
As a visual designer you are responsible for creating the look and feel of our interfaces. You will embrace the possibilities and constraints of technology and work closely with other members of your design and development team to generate concepts, develop detailed designs and refine those designs through implementation. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating innovative solutions for unsolved problems through design and thrive on honing the details that make the interfaces to our products, solutions and services efficient, effective and desirable.
Visual & motion design
Ability to work within an established brand identity and design language system with exceptional craft skill in the use of color, typography, layout, composition, motion and interaction to create intuitive, clear and beautiful designs.
Information design & data visualization
Ability to design, present and support the interaction with information in a way that promotes efficient and effective understanding and/or confidence in action.
User centered design
Understanding and willingness to embrace user-centered design practices, including the early and frequent involvement of users in the design process, development of prototypes and other stimulus to inform, evolve and ultimately validate designs
Technology knowledge
Working knowledge of development technologies including various screen based platforms (e.g. web-based enterprise software development, web sites, mobile OS platforms etc.)
What will the person be doing: Visual design, work out UX flows, Flinto prototyping, asset creation
Characteristics: hands-on, flexible, eye for detail, affinity with design for the beauty industry
Skills: Sketch, Flinto, Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Office. Experience with UI animation would be a plus
