The Healthcare Interoperability and Conformance Center (IOCC) team is a partner in enabling interoperable solutions to make information from a system available and usable in any other applicable system. IOCC is a global team that works across 2 sites - Bengaluru, India and Eindhoven, The Netherlands. We partner with Philips product development teams in building interoperable products based on an extensive knowledge & expertise of interoperability standards implemented in Philips products. We also collaborate with IP&S for IO standardization and governance. Our expertise is in DICOM, FHIR, HL7, IHE.


Key Responsibilities

•   Defines and performs tests required to verify conformance to the interoperability Standards of Philips platforms, systems, and solutions developed by product teams

•   Documents test plans, protocols, and reports

•   Leads test activities in interoperability verification projects in the IOCC

•   Automates tests

•   Performs software testing (automated or manual)

•   Keeps up to date knowledge of software testing

•   Keeps up to date business domain knowledge

•   Coaches other team members on software testing, standards and related to standards clinical workflows


Qualifications and Skills

•   Experience in test design and automation

•   Experience in Gherkin language

•   Knows interoperability standards (e.g. DICOM, FHIR) and their relation to clinical use cases

•   Familiarity with regulatory and compliance aspects of healthcare software testing

•   Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems

•   Ability to work independently and take initiative

•   Excellent communication and collaboration skills

•   6+ years of experience in software testing

•   Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent

•   ISTQB certified.
