Test Engineer

Well versed with Testing techniques and come up with efficient test suites, Formulate V&V strategy, plan and execute agile testing and verification activities of the Program/project in consultation and alignment with partners Experience with agile methodologies.

Participates in Review of Requirements, System design, Test Plans and test cases Creates and maintains the traceability for the assigned work product Develop automation test plans and strategies on the responsible area.

Responsible for the design, realization and automation of SW Features Manage automation estimation, planning and risk management activities Keeps abreast of technical developments in own field Define & drive automation quality improvement initiatives, deploy right tooling for automation. Quality & productivity improvement.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

Over all 5+ years of experience in Automation Testing Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field C++ Programming experience is good to have.

Any scripting experience preferably on Shell or pearl scripting is required Experience with agile practices, patterns and techniques A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the companys success Critical thinker and problem-solving skills Team player Good time-management skills Great interpersonal
