Your responsibilities You will work in a team with Customer Services and Development and contribute to our Service Innovation through Ensuring that the required end-user documentation is written and delivered according to the project deadlines. Adapt drawings to be compatible with our templated document design from .stp to DWG as well as in PDF format and make small changes & additions. Collect all necessary information for documentation activities and improvements from Market and BU, to transform this input into service documentation. Coach Customer Services innovation and Development experts to ensure high quality content creation. Proactively organize review of the written documents or media, handle comments and obtain approval. Submit documents for translation, localization and final product delivery. Drive and maintain the overall documentation delivery and correction project plan. Drive for documentation quality improvements by listening to the customer and suggesting changes.,
