Technical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional and multidisciplinary projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management expertise, stakeholder management capabilities, and technical acumen to drive innovation, process improvements, and business outcomes. This role requires close collaboration with engineering, product, and business teams while managing project governance and Agile delivery.
Experience6–8 years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Innovation Management, or related disciplines.
Proven experience managing end-to-end technical projects in Agile environments.
Experience with Azure DevOps and Power BI governance is highly preferred.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in one of the following:

Or an equivalent discipline
Lead multidisciplinary projects from initiation through successful completion while ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Execute innovation and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
Prepare and implement detailed project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and delivery roadmaps.
Manage project teams as part of larger programs, ensuring timely execution of critical deliverables.
Apply project management best practices and methodologies, including PMBOK and SAFe frameworks.
Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk registers, lessons learned, and best practices.
Drive project governance and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
Manage and groom the product backlog in Azure DevOps, including Features and User Stories.
Ensure backlog items are appropriately prioritized, estimated, and traceable to business use cases and stage-gate requirements.
Support Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including business leaders, engineering teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior management.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and milestones effectively.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team environment.
Mentor and guide cross-functional teams while effectively delegating responsibilities.
Encourage knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
Ensure customer requirements remain central throughout the project lifecycle.
Incorporate stakeholder and customer feedback into project execution and solution delivery.
Deliver solutions that effectively address business and customer needs.
