We are looking for an inspiring technical leader for one of our SW projects. It concerns embedded C++ software that is responsible for controlling all movements of our X-ray system.
You will lead a team of up 5-10 sw designers within a bigger project. You will lead the team in gathering the detailed user requirements, creating the software design, implementing and testing. You will technically represent the team in system design and management meetings.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• +/- 5 years of experience as a technical lead (?7p)
• Flexible, open and inspiring attitude
• Good communication skills in English
• A quality and continuous improvement mindset
• Hands-on experience with C++ and a big code base
• Experience with working in large cross functional agile teams
• Experience in a regulated environment
