Physical Distribution Manager Personal Health

Environment:

Part of the European Warehouse and Distribution team for Personal Health. This role will be based in Eindhoven (NL) and you will visit the regional distribution center in Venray on a weekly basis.

Controlling the execution of physical distribution activities from our regional distribution centers in Europe (NL and HU) by the 3PL. The goal is to deliver to our customers on time, in full and in good quality, within the agreed budget.

Responsibilities:

- Monitors and controls the physical distribution activities of a distribution center as well as liaising with related functions in the commercial, supply chain or IT organizations to improve the performance.

- Manages deliveries (and product flow) to and from the DC within budget and at or above agreed service levels.

- Supports the resolution of exception flows: claims management (inbound/outbound), reverse logistics.

- Providing first line (key)- user and system support to ensure business and process continuity. Supports to solve complex IT issues related to systems and interfaces with 3PL?s.

- Manages the relationships with the logistics counterparts at the Commercial Organization, the Logistic Service Providers and central organizations of Supply Chain and IT in order to achieve business targets

Requirements:

- Bachelor degree, best in physical distribution

- Between 3- and 5-years experience in Supply Chain, e.g. warehouse management or transport management.

- A hands-on mentality, independent, proactive and flexible. You are not afraid to take ownership.

- Managing relevant stakeholders and creating a network with internal customers, 3PL?s, IT and procurement.

- Knowledge of SAP & TM-ID (TMS-Infodis).

- A result & quality driven approach.

- Stress resistant in a dynamic operational environment.

Location Eindhoven, minimum of 3 days per week in Eindhoven office or our warehouse in Venray
