Strategist

Looking for a Strategist to start asap for a 4 wks project:

•  Description of the work package:
  Support business and function leaders in Philips’ consumer businesses (spanning Sleep & Respiratory Care and Health & Wellness) in strategy review
  Develop materials for a strategy read-out to senior management before mid-June
  Conduct market and competitive research to understand changes to strategic landscape
  Manage stakeholders and schedule frequent interactions to gather inputs
  Synthesize inputs and communicate (via power point) in crisp, impactful way

•  Competencies (for grade 60/70): Typical experienced consultant profile
  3-5 years of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
  Independent worker that owns and drives analysis work streams, guided by the Group Strategy leadership team
  Conducts high quality, meaningful, evidence-based business analyses; can structure/synthesize information and present this in a compelling way in PowerPoint charts/ slides
  Builds and communicates actionable strategy recommendations
  Good to have:
•  Past experience of working with Philips or with Philips Group Strategy team
•  Experience or knowledge of Philips’ consumer businesses across topics like: sleep apnea, COPD management, maternal and infant care, consumer home appliances
  Deep knowledge of health systems/ medical experience not needed

•  Competencies (for Grade 70/80) – in addition to the above, has a Project leader profile:
  4-7 years of strategy consulting experience, preferably at a top-tier consulting firm
  Can handle several different topics in parallel
  Has experience managing several work streams with multiple stakeholders
  Can structure and delegate work for 1-2 people
