Job Title: Senior Program Manager Strategic Projects

Location: Bothell, WA


Job Responsibilities:


  • Contributes to the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of medium-scale quality programs, ensuring alignment with Philips' quality management framework and business objectives, and applies advanced understanding of entrepreneurial skills and supports the entrepreneurial environment and follows up on initiatives.

  • Implements comprehensive program plans, integrating risk management strategies and contingency plans to mitigate potential disruptions and ensure timely delivery of program goals, working under limited supervision.

  • Analyzes program performance metrics and KPIs rigorously, utilizing data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives and enhance program effectiveness over time.

  • Facilitates proactive stakeholder engagement and communication strategies, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Innovates within the program framework by leveraging emerging technologies, industry best practices, and quality improvement methodologies to drive innovation and achieve superior program outcomes.

  • Mentors program team members, providing guidance on quality management principles, fostering a culture of excellence, and supporting professional growth and development.

  • Ensures compliance with global quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting regular audits and assessments to uphold Philips' commitment to quality and patient safety.

  • Presents comprehensive program updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, demonstrating program achievements and outlining future plans.

  • Handles program finances and budgets effectively, ensuring optimal resource allocation, cost control, and financial transparency throughout the program lifecycle.


Requirements:


  • Minimum required Education: Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.

  • Minimum required Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience with a Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with a Master's in areas such as Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, Agile Methodology or equivalent.

  • Minimum required Certification: N/A

  • Preferred Education: Master's Degree in Business Administration, Project Management or equivalent.

  • Preferred Experience: N/A

  • Preferred Certification: Philips PM Practitioner Certification
