Senior Program manager / Consultant with experience in managing R&D organizations and R&D Transformations (Freelance)

In this role, you have the opportunity to
drive the Philips Personal Health Cluster implementation of Philips End to End processes in Innovation in the area of Design controls, preparation of a Dashboard and KPIs of Innovation transformation programs, Support IT implementation for Personal Health Cluster innovation tools, and further PMO tasks. 

Your responsibility is to 

• Coordinate various activities for the Design control workstream in the Innovation to Market process such as: 
  -   Work Instruction harmonization, Local enrichment harmonization
  -   Training and implementation preparation
  -   Feedback and observations implementation 
  -   Role determination within ARIS process description system, to simplify learning
• Prepare 2022 Dashboard and KPIs and follow up for the various innovation transformation programs for the Personal Health Cluster
• Support IT implementation for Personal Health Cluster innovation tools 
• Optimize monthly financial control meeting and governance 
• Prepare key stakeholder meetings and presentations with input from topic owners
• Define and support Innovation to Market Excellence implementation in new China site
• Prepare and follow up of Cluster Innovation team offsite

The department Industry Consulting at Philips Engineering solutions and will be working on this project for the Personal Health Cluster. Industry Consulting is a dynamic group of approximately 90 consultants. We work with leading clients in operationalizing their strategic ambitions in and across key areas of their business: Innovation and Operations Management taking an integral approach. 
In Innovation we support our clients in all types of innovation be it in business models, products, services, or solutions. We work with our clients on key aspects for success: new business creation, innovation strategy, Roadmapping and architecture, and innovation process improvement including IT solutions for innovation, lean and open innovation. We work with all Philips businesses worldwide as well as with external companies. 

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

• Knowledge of Philips Innovation processes and Quality Management System
• Program Management, and PMO experience. Accreditation in PMI and / or Scaled Agile is a pre
• Experience in R&D and Innovation transformations 
• Experience in managing R&D organizations
• Experience in Philips and high-tech or healthcare industry and if possible, the Personal Health businesses
  o   As you will have many contacts within Philips it is a strong pre when you have experience within Philips and understand its processes, systems, and language (e.g., abbreviations)
  o   Basic understanding of Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply chain and procurement processes
• Understanding of the Philips integrated IT landscape
• Familiarity with ARIS process tool 
• Ability to interact at senior leadership level and bridge to a practical hands-on approach
• Strong collaborative, interpersonal and consulting skills, working across diverse and global teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
