Senior Manager – Marketing Insights & Analytics – Customer Pulse

Key areas of responsibility & tasks

•   Project managing and running the ongoing Customer Pulse (NPS) customer satisfaction tracking program of surveys for the Health Systems Clusters
•   Manage and co-ordinate the day to day operation of Philips Health Systems customer experience surveys (Relationship/NPS) on time and to budget
•   Liaise with regional offices and oversee and co-ordinate the secondary research requirements for our Health Systems businesses
•   Ensures strict time milestones are adhered to and followed as part of the Customer Pulse research process
•   Further develop the analysis and synthesis of insights for reporting of Customer feedback for Markets, Clusters and Functional teams
•   Act as the point of contact for managing the Customer Feedback platform together with EIM (IT) and business stakeholders

Your team:
You will be situated within the Central Marketing Insights & Analytics team, which reports into the Head of Marketing at Royal Philips. The Marketing Insights and Analytics team works with all Clusters and Markets delivering competencies and tools which enable our businesses and markets to build, protect and promote the Philips brand.

As a team member in one of Royal Philips corporate level functions, you will be at the heart of our worldwide company. These corporate departments play a key role in supporting the Royal Philips Executive Committee.

What we look for:
Candidates must have a university degree, (MBA, PhD or other relevant graduate degree is a plus), preferably related to economics/business/healthcare.
Successful candidates should (1) be comfortable networking both within and outside of Royal Philips, (2) have strong analytical skills and (3) possess solid presentation skills to deliver various marketing insights to key Royal Philips business group and geographic market decision makers. We expect our team members to exhibit a high level of integrity, stress resistance, flexibility and creativity.

The position will largely focus on the Health Systems businesses.
With Philips locations across the world, the travel requirement is maximum 20%. This will include some international travel.

Experience:
•   Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
•   Education and or experience within healthcare is a plus
•   Should have international exposure in setting up and managing research projects
•   Able to influence at all levels in an organization
•   Advanced numeracy and excel software skills
•   Highly organized and methodical in approach
•   Experienced with using Customer Experience Feedback platforms such as Medallia is a plus
•   Excellent writing and presenting skills
