GBS IT RPA Developer

• Hands-on experience with at least one leading RPA platform such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps).

• Ability to act as an interface between junior technical leads and Business Analysts (BAs).

• Experience in mentoring and coaching technical leads and developers.

• Capability to recommend and implement suitable tools and technologies within the RPA ecosystem.

• Proven experience in converting functional design documents into technical design specifications.

• Working knowledge of .NET or Java will be considered an added advantage.

• Strong expertise in at least one application area or platform, including integration with other systems and a solid understanding of its architecture.

• Experience in software development effort estimation and planning.

• Ability to manage and coordinate multiple concurrent tasks effectively.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.

• Structured and organized approach to planning, documentation, and reporting.

• Familiarity with LEAN Daily Management practices (or willingness to learn).

• Ability to collaborate effectively with virtual, cross-functional, and multi-disciplinary teams.

• Provide Machine Learning (ML) backup/support where required.
