Quality Data Analyst (Randstad Contingent Worker)

This position will be fully remote and can be home-based from anywhere in the US.  

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Develop project management, leadership and interpersonal skills by driving Trending activities and Trending process improvements for Philips’ Image Guided Therapy Device (PIGT-D) business unit. The role will be responsible for working with individual Data owners to ensure effective, timely Trending completion and regularly providing process insights to upper leadership as well as focusing on individual career growth.

You will be responsible for:

o Project managing all aspects of Trending activity which includes gaining the commitment of cross functional resources, scheduling Trending team meetings, and ensuring Trending deliverables per project timelines.

o Analyzing quality monitoring data sources and apply statistical techniques to identify existing and potential causes of non-conformances.

o Working effectively with all levels of management to ensure Trending actions can be supported and that costs/resources needed to implement the plan are available.

o Independently producing and completing Trending activities.

o Collecting data from various databases for trending analysis, thorough running saved queries and custom SQL queries

o Assessing trending codes for improvements

o Release documentation of trending meetings and procedures in the documentation system

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in an engineering, mathematics or scientific-related field or equivalent demonstrated strong technical competence

o Working knowledge of appropriate global regulations, requirements, and standards such as 21 CFR Parts 820, ISO 13485, and ISO 14971.

o 3+ years of related experience in medical device or other regulated industry.

o Ability to understand and analyze complex problems, including software and hardware design issues.

o Experience with SQL Server databases and creating SQL Queries.

o Experience with Windchill PDLM System, CATSWeb System, and Agile databases a plus.

o Demonstrated ability to partner with the business and effectively interact with and influence employees, and managers on all levels.

o Strong Project Management skills, including ability to project manage all Trending activities.

o Ability to analyze data and apply statistical techniques.

o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
