Project support SAP implementation
We're looking for a candidate for this multi-disciplinary role in the SAP deployment team in the Benelux Personal Health Market Organization.
The role:
1) Project management supporting the SCM Blue Heart (SAP) deployment team (3 subject matter experts, 10+ key users):
a. Daily management activities around cutover activities, go-live and hyper care
b. Alignment between stakeholders (central blue heart team, local blue heart team, local key users, local MT)
c. Communication towards local organization
d. Change & Transition management
e. Other Project management activities: planning events, facilitating workshops
2) Process improvement activities to increase customer satisfaction and support business growth:
a. A multitude of improvement projects are seen after go-live and even more challenges will arise
i. SCM areas: order management, master data and transport & warehousing
ii. Describe current as-is processes
iii. Align with potential solutions from central blue heart team
iv. Design to-be processes together with subject matter experts
v. Deploy improvements in local BNLX organization applying LEAN techniques
Learning experience:
Hands-on experience in an operational multi-disciplinary environment undergoing a significant change.
Be able to work closely with people from different levels and functions in the organization.
Develop a deep understanding of SCM processes in an operational environment and related to IT processes in SAP.
Be able to provide and maintain structure to a tumultuous environment subject to heavy change.
The position is fulltime (32 hrs/week is possible)
Having SAP knowledge is an absolute must!
The bandwidth for the rate is € 65 - €77
