Product Owner - B2B Customer Portal

Project goal and description
Build a single starting point, to provide digital abilities/interactions to all audiences with a professional relationship with Philips. In addition, deploy and support customer communities/groups on the B2B Customer Portal globally with the goal to have a total of 25 communities active on the portal at the end of 2018.

Also, focus on increasing the amount of integrations between the B2B Customer Portal and other (gated) portals in the Philips landscape, to help the organization’s plan to move towards a seamless (gated) digital experience.

Role description
Senior Business Engineer
•  Analyze business processes and requirements and translate those into IT solutions
•  Convert requirements (especially in digital and B2B I&AM domain) into a solution architecture and design
•  Design by leveraging state of the art technologies and available Philips platforms
•  Maximize the use and acceptance of industry standards/best practices
•  Build and manage strong relationships with business, Philips IT and vendor(s)
Product Owner
•  Fulfill the role of ‘Product Owner’ with a dedicated (largely offshore based) scrum team. Perform standard scrum actions such as sprint planning, pokering, sprint demos, retrospectives, etc.
•  Help the B2B Customer Portal’s product manager to define & refine the overall portal & roadmap and identify new opportunities/features
•  Convert business requirements into a solution, contributing to roadmap
•  Maintain product backlog with user stories to lead the development effort
•  Developing user stories/wireframes and prioritize based on business value
•  Ongoing validation of deliverables against customer needs, flexibly responding to shifting requirements and priorities
•  Create a culture of QA, performance and agility, whilst respecting quality and regulatory aspects
•  Design by leveraging state of the art technologies and available Philips platforms
•  Maximize the use and acceptance of industry standards/best practices
•  Build and manage strong relationships with business, Philips IT and vendor(s)

Requirements
•  Mature leader with ability to influence and manage team and multiple stakeholders at various levels of the organization
•  Team worker in multidisciplinary and international settings, able to adapt quickly
•  Ability to manage complex projects and programs and excellent problem-solving abilities
•  Knowledge of industry best practices to support relevant (business) processes in digital, marketing and ECM domain
•  Proven experience on digital platforms (SalesForce), cloud solutions (ADAM, CSoD) and complex IT infrastructures (SafeNet, PingFederate, SailPoint)
•  Corporate grade level 60-70, requiring a minimum of 5 years of related experience
