Description of the role:
•  Applies project management methodology, best practices and standards incl validation of overall program set-up (team set-up, roles & responsibilities, meeting cadence)
•  Connects the transformation and building blocks/workstream plans into one overall program plan (realistic objectives/deliverables/staffing)
•  Creates program drumbeat to review, collaborate and deliver, and monitors the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources and risk
•  Provides program management with regular performance status, variances to plan and identification of areas for corrective actions
•  Coordinating communication across workstreams / building blocks
•  Monitors compliance to project management standards, policies, procedures and templates
•  Provides a consultative role to workstreams/building blocks by supplying templates, best practices, training, access to information and lessons learnt from other projects (incl best practices around deployment approach)

Profile criteria
•  Proven track record in managing large-scale complex programs;
•  Experience in business transformation and/or consultancy;
•  Strong ability to influence and work with stakeholders at all levels;
•  Strong focus on co-creation and validation with key impacted groups;
•  Excellent delivery skills, can handle several different topics in parallel and has experience managing several work streams with multiple stakeholders;
•  Project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, IPMA A/B/C, PMI, AGILE/SCRUM);
•  Excellent communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills;
•  Fluent in English is a must, other languages are an advantage;
•  Willingness to travel internationally (up to 10% of your time).
