Job Title: Patient Interface Technician
Job Responsibilities:
Supports complex laboratory projects, executing, and delivering projects on time and demonstrating the ability to prioritize competing demands, working under general supervision.
Exercises autonomy within established procedures, making informed decisions to resolve moderately complex problems and drive results.
Suggests and helps implement medium scale improvement ideas within the laboratory, supporting the development and implementation of solutions for optimizing efficiency and effectiveness in collaboration with team members.
Ensures effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including engineers, innovators, vendors, and senior management, clearly communicating complex technical information, and managing expectations.
Prepares and delivers basic technical presentations and reports, effectively communicating research findings and data analysis to a variety of audiences.
Troubleshoots and resolves moderately complex technical problems, applying advanced knowledge and skills to diagnose issues, develop solutions, and ensuring project progress is not hindered.
Contributes to strategic planning and priority setting within their area of expertise, providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis and technical understanding to inform overall project direction and resource allocation.
Requirements:
Minimum required Education: High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
Minimum required Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical, laboratory, manufacturing, field service, maintenance, repair, or any hands-on technician role. Prior R&D or engineering lab experience is not mandatory, and candidates with general technician backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
