Product Industrialization Engineer - Assembly (m/f/d)
Environment:
Within the SME team Final assembly and Electronics. SME (site manufacturing engineering) develops and realizes world-class industrialization solutions with passion for Shavers, Grooming and other Philips products. SME plans and implements integral architecture for product, process and supply chain to improve cost agility, time to volume and sustainability.
SME develops partnerships with equipment and tooling suppliers to speed up innovation and use their knowledge & state-of-the-art technologies, resulting in fast & smooth product launches.
Responsibility:
- developing and realizing production equipment for assembly
- reviewing activities at suppliers
- Optimize/improve assembly production processes (automatic or manual assembly lines, assembly processes, handling/assembly equipment)
- Hand-over equipment en processes to operations.
- Process and equipment capability that meets these requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical engineering
- experience in assembly techniques
- good communication skills. Cooperation with development, production and supporting groups.
- familiar with design for manufacturing, design for test ability, PFMEA, and process/capability analysis like DfSS.

product industrialization engineer assembly,Leads the development and release of Manufacturing processes, tools and equipment for PDLM projects, both outsourced and in-house. Can also lead Manufacturing process development activities in Advanced Development projects.,A. Rietveld has stopped at Philips as an group lead. Due to new organization a new group lead is not been filled in, but to secure the NPI projects a new assembly engineer is needed.
