Marketing Insights & Analytics unit is currently under its exciting transformation from a small Center of Excellence to a globally operating Marketing Insights expertise center. In order to support this transformation we are looking for a tech-savvy experienced Program/Project Manager to support and drive the further transformation together with the Management Team of Marketing Insights & Analytics.

In your role as Marketing Insights & Analytics Program/Project Manager, you are responsible for:
• Drive the overall program and project planning, changes, risks, issues, budget and deliverables
• Defining the program governance (controls);
• Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress;
• Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements;
• Coordinating the projects between teams and their interdependencies;
• Managing and utilizing resources across projects;
• Managing stakeholders’ communication;
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Minimum 5-7 years of work experience within Marketing Environment and preferably within Marketing Intelligence or Digital Setting in international and complex and HQ-oriented organizations
• Deep expertise in PMO, Project Management, program management PMP
• Solid understanding of Digital Marketing, Marketing Intelligence and Data Analytics
• Preferably expertise in large-scale complex Transformation programs.
• Subject matter expertise related to an international, multi-market HealthTech Company and its diverse product portfolio sold both online and offline, business needs and strategy.
• PMP certification is preferable, PM practitioner level
• Strategic Mindset
• Manages Ambiguity
• Fluent in English, both written and oral
