Mergers & Acquisitions Program Lead (Freelance)

This Program Lead role is a mix of the roles of a Program Manager & an IT Business Partner 

You build the executive-level strategic partnership between IT and the business, market and proactively identifies opportunities to gain competitive advantage through Information & Communication Technologies (ICT). IT Business Partners ensure that business, market and function strategies and objectives are influenced and enabled by IT, that IT works according to well-balanced IT/Business agreements, and that the business/market is satisfied with Philips IT services and solutions.

Your responsibilities:
Directs and guides the activities of programs consisting of multiple and related projects executed by performing organizations and/or staff, ensuring execution is in line with the business strategy. '
Manages people who lead and direct project teams.
Develops and executes program plans, schedules, budgets and deliverables. 

Is responsible for ensuring compliance with therelevant internal/ external policies, procedures and standards
Supervises, resources, selects, develops, coaches and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function. 

Sets targets for and tracks performance indicators on programs.
